The price for the Future War bundle was incorrect if you had purchased the Sarah Connor Outfit before acquiring the bundle.
The price difference will be automatically compensated for affected players sometime next week.
The Pelé Cup leaderboard for EU players has been updated with accurate scoring. Winners of the tournament in EU have been granted their rewards.
The Battle Bus is fueled up and ready to go, login services have returned to normal.
We're investigating an issue causing login attempts to fail and will provide an update when this is resolved.
We investigated reports that leaderboards were divulging non-public information or causing unauthorized logouts.
This is not the case.
We are certain that affected accounts remain secure, player info (incl. email addresses) isn't being divulged & any logout issue is resolved.

As we work on correcting Pelé Cup points for EU players, we will clear the EU leaderboard and then update it with accurate scoring (for first 10 matches played, per tournament rules).
Once the leaderboard is updated, winners of the tournament in EU will be granted their rewards.
We are currently investigating issues with the Pelé Cup for EU players.
We'll provide an update when these are resolved.

We're beginning to disable services in preparation for v15.21. If you're currently in a session, you can continue to play until downtime starts at approx. 4 AM ET (09:00 UTC).
The issues causing players to receive an error when searching for other players has been resolved in the short term. We'll continue to monitor the health of the player search feature in the mean time.
We're aware that searching for specific players through your friend's list may not function correctly. Please refrain from mass accepting friend request while we get this resolved.
v15.21 brings:

We've resolved the issue. Players can now queue into the Streamer Bowl.
